Villa Cameleon has been refurbished in 2013 featuring a modern, typical Canary country-style
The Holiday Villa comprises a main house and an annex building, that are only rented out together.
In case the main house is occupied the annex will remain closed. Both houses have a separate entrance and can be connected by a door, if desired.
The 150m² main house sleeps up to four persons an has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The annex building sleeps two persons and has a bedroom and a bathroom.
This place is wonderful for couples, holidays with friends, maybe accompanied by grandparents. The Holiday House's charm lies in its modern stylish furnishing that perfectly blends with typical Canary-style elements.
The holiday home is located in Aguatavar, a district of Tijarafe
Several hiking trails, including the Camino Real GR130, lead through Tijarafe and from there on towards Tazacorte or Puntagorda.
The hiking tour to the smuggler's bay Prois, below Tijarafe, is also very beautiful.
The centre of Tijarafe is 5 minutes by car from the holiday home. Tijarafe is a picturesque village with about 3000 inhabitants. There are also supermarkets and a pizza restaurant, a nice place to end your day.
Puntagorda is 10 minutes away by car. In the tranquil village centre there are several typical local restaurants. At weekends there is a nice market where you can buy typical local products and handmade products by local artists.
Modern stylish Furnishing
Villa Cameleon features a 150m² main house for up to four persons and an annex building for two additional guests.
The lovely arranged and well-tended outdoor area provides an open sea view and two furnished, partially roofed terraces, one each is located in front of the bedroom and the living area.
Glass sliding doors provide access to the garden and the pool and make the interior light and friendly. The pool (6 x 3m) can be heated for an extra fee. While having a sunbath in one of the loungers you also enjoy a beautiful view of the west coast and the sea. A masonry grill is also at your disposal.
Living Area with Fireplace
A modern kitchen corner is integrated in the spacious living area.
The furnishing is very comfortable and leaves nothing to be desired. The dining table seats 6 persons.
A natural stone fireplace creates a warm ambience — it is a cosy place to make yourself comfortable on the sofa or read a good book. A split system provides a pleasant room temperature, in summer and in winter.
Both bedrooms have good quality mattresses.
Next to the main bedroom with a double bed there is an another bedroom with 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom. The separate bathroom has a bath tub and a double wash basin.
Annex Building for up to two Persons
The annex features a small, private garden. It is separated from the main house by a natural fence with plants and shrubs.
The separate entrance also provides privacy. If desired, the lockable door between the main house's kitchen and the kitchen in the annex building can be opened to connect the two houses. In case of a 4-people occupancy this door remains closed. The equipment and furnishing in the main house and the annex are equivalent.
