Paseo del Mar is located on the ground floor of a two-storey house close to the sea

The blue house, where you can almost breathe the sea breeze, is on the upper quieter sea side of Puerto Naos, on the right as you drive into the village. The whole neighbourhood is a bit newer and with its colourful houses looks a bit more dignified than the centre of Puerto Naos.

The ground floor flat has two terraces, one in front facing the sea and a patio on the opposite side.

Both are furnished and planted and offer shade or sun depending on the position of the sun.

The living space is 42 square metres, but it is so conveniently furnished that you don't feel cramped.

There is a semi-open living/dining room with adjoining fitted kitchen, TV, reading lamp, reading chair, couch and beautiful chest of drawers.

Furthermore, a dining table for three persons, a fourth chair can be added.

The kitchen is visually separated from the living room by light-coloured sliding blinds. It is adequately equipped and offers everything that self-caterers need for cooking.

Opposite the kitchen is the small but nice bathroom with shower tray, washbasin and toilet.

At the back of the flat is the bedroom.

It offers a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables, reading lamps, a small bench, another seat or storage space, a built-in wardrobe with safe and a large (blind and curtain-protected) window front with patio door.

The terrace facing the sea has a sun awning, the rear terrace is also covered by a sun protection.

The washing machine for the guests is placed there.
