The holiday flat with sea view is perfect for a romantic short break and to discover the green side of the island.

The flat La Casita de Arco panoramico is located in the centre of the old town of San Pedro in the municipality of Breña Alta. A large window front allows a wonderful panoramic view of the vastness of the Atlantic Ocean, the islands of Tenerife and La Gomera, the green mountain slopes of the Cumbre and the sky of the starry island of La Palma. The holiday home is located next to the emblematic bell tower of the church of San Pedro Apóstol, the patron saint of the village.

You do not necessarily need a rental car for this accommodation. A bus stop as well as restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance. Therefore, it is also well suited if you want to spend the first or last nights of your holiday near the airport, for example. Within 15 minutes you can be at the beach in Los Cancajos or in the capital Santa Cruz.

All the furnishings are new and tastefully selected.

The flat was completed in July 2022 after extensive renovation and modernisation. It is very bright thanks to large windows that offer beautiful views over San Pedro to the sea. Thanks to good thermal insulation and double-glazed windows, the flat has a pleasant temperature and the city noises are kept out.

The 70 sqm flat is suitable for 4 people with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The living room is divided into a comfortable corner sofa and large flat screen TV and an additional seating area facing the panoramic window. Directly at the window there is another seating area with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. The living area leads into the open kitchen, which is modern and well-equipped, and the dining area is also located there. Guests can drink the tap water, which is of very good quality.

In the bedroom with a French double bed there is a large built-in wardrobe. There is a small desk by the window. A split unit (air conditioning/heating) provides pleasant temperatures. The second bedroom has two separate single beds.

The two bathrooms are equipped with shower/WC. The washing machine is located in a separate room.

There is no lift in the building.
