Finca los Paredones is surrounded by a large garden

The finca grounds cover approx. 7000 square metres, whereby only the area around the house is landscaped and lovingly and lushly planted. The rest is left in its natural state. There is a paddock on the neighbouring plot below, but horses are only there sporadically. The region is sparsely populated and there are only a few houses along the neighbouring road. The finca is ideal for long walks and you can also set off on extensive hiking tours directly from the house. A hire car is essential,

There are shops, restaurants and bars, banks and a pharmacy in El Paso, 2.5 kilometres away. You will need approx. 5 minutes by car. The nearest large sandy beach in Puerto de Tazacorte is approx. 20 minutes' drive away.

Finca Los Paredones is surrounded by a spacious garden with lush trees and colourful flowers, creating a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Here you will find numerous cosy spots to relax and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of nature. There is a lovely swing for children.

Much of the beautiful outdoor furniture made of tea, the heartwood of the Canary pine, was made by the owner himself. An absolute highlight is a bench that was hollowed out of a complete trunk.

The covered outdoor kitchen is a particular highlight

Those who like to cook and dine outdoors will enjoy the covered and sheltered outdoor kitchen. There is a large barbecue, an outdoor sink and even extra crockery and pots for outside. Whether you're grilling fresh local produce or enjoying a meal prepared indoors, this space is ideal for enjoying the pleasant weather and tasting the delicious flavours of the island.

The small house is stylishly and cosily furnished

Inside the house you will find a cosy bedroom with a comfortable Palmerian double bed. There is also a sofa bed for a child in this room. A full air conditioning system ensures the right temperature at all times. There are bedside cabinets on either side of the bed and LED reading lights for reading, in addition to dimmable ceiling lighting. There is a TV on the chest of drawers opposite the bed, but currently only Spanish programmes are available.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin and offers all the necessary amenities. A hairdryer and even bathrobes and slippers are available to guests.

The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, a large fridge and freezer, a combined microwave and oven so that you can easily prepare meals during your stay.

There is also a sofa bed in the kitchen, which can be used instead of the 3rd sleeping option in the bedroom.

Suitable for home office - Workation

Fast internet is available for guests who want to work occasionally while on holiday. In the bedroom there is a small fold-out desk in front of the window and a LAN connection. In the kitchen next to the dining table there is also a small desk and a LAN connection. WLAN is of course also available.
