The sunrise with a view of the Teide is unique

The newly built, Canarian roof truss was glazed white, so that this house appears particularly bright and friendly.

The house, which was completely renovated in 2018, has 70 square metres of space, including a brand new kitchen with sea view, a living room with sea view and sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed that can also be placed separately and a bathroom with shower and toilet. 

The living room is comfortably and modernly furnished. In winter, a wood-burning stove provides pleasant temperatures in the house.

A terrace in one corner of the house also offers wonderful sea and island views of Tenerife, is open to the south and very sheltered. On the terrace directly above the house there is a swing and sandpit for children.

The large plot is mainly terraced and has paved paths.

It invites you to relax and linger with many seating areas, small garden tables with chairs and hammocks. Something special is the approx. 150 m² palm terrace laid out with natural stone slabs in a labyrinthine pattern.

At different times of the year, oranges, papayas, mangos, avocados and bananas ripen and invite you to eat them.

Another house on the grounds is used only by the owners and is rarely occupied.
