The Holiday House and terraces are at your entire disposal. 

You enjoy complete privacy, the closest neighbours are quite a distance away of El Palmeral.

The Holiday House is divided into two parts: The main house comprises a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The other part is an annex, which currently is used as a storage room and is locked up.

The main terrace offers a wonderful West Sea View

All rooms have a high wooden Canary ceiling made of heart wood, which perfectly blends with the decoration and lightning.

The wooden floor, the Canary wooden windows and the window recesses give the living room its very special charm.

Indirect lightning creates a romantic atmosphere and pleasant moments in the evening. Two sofas, a television set as well as a CD/DVD-player provide additional comfort. Two fan heaters for chilly days are provided.

The kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a sink, a microwave and various electric kitchen appliances. Sitting at the large dining table you enjoy a sea view through the kitchen window.

The bedrooms also feature a wooden floor, the small bedroom has a small seating corner in the window recess. 

It is the perfect place to read a book in the evening or during the day enjoy the warm sunbeams.

The small bathroom has a shower, a bidet and a toilet. The large wash basin and mirror provide plenty of space for your toiletry and other personal things as well as towels.
